I purchased this ipod for my brother as a Christmas present. It is great for him to use at the fitness center and even though traveling. It's very small and simple to use and figure out. It has a clip on it so it's best for doing work out. He cherished it and I feel I will get 1 for myself also. I have last years model but I favor this one above it.

Initially, the touch screen is a very great function. Display is incredibly obvious and effortless to navigate. Good compact design, also. The clip on the again is quite valuable when carring the iPod with you, wherever you go. The only thing I would have liked to see is the capability to playback video clip. But then once again the dimensions of the unit would be bigger in all likeliness. I am sure this will not be an issue in the future as technological innovation improvements, although. Very nice item all around; a small expensive as all Apple items are. Good quality seems excellent. Advised.

As soon as in a while a product happens to manufacturing that helps make you quit and say WOW.. appear what this tiny issue does... look at how several hrs of songs can be with you at all times, and easily and brilliantly accessible. Controls are as intuitive as humanly achievable, so all human beings can understand how to use it immediately. A major worldwide achievement in American industrial design and style.

The iPod nano allows me to practice for triathlons while enjoying songs I have chosen! The Nike match function is an additional bonus.

Gave it 4 stars due to the fact absolutely nothing man-made is great. In addition, I have other iPods and mp3 people, and I'm a gadget guy.I got it (6th Generation) for audio though doing exercises or when performing other physical activity. My 2nd Era iPod Nano is no longer recognized by my Mac, so it is a spare with what ever music is presently on it. I still use my 4th Era Nano and my iPod Contact (2nd Gen.) so this new one has seen limited use. I think the clip and the potential to change the screen orientation with two fingers are big plusses. I don't skip not obtaining a digital camera given that the lens was poorly positioned on the Fifth Gen. Nano, irrespective of what Apples's engineers may consider.Peeve: This really should have been named the Shuffle, the Shuffle with click wheel scrapped, and a 7th Gen. Nano developed with better placement of its lens. But, really, if I was that intelligent, my identify would be Steve ..., er, uh, by no means mind.
